(623) Glycin (120mg/kgKG intraperitoneal einmalig) und L- Serin (168 mg/kgKG intraperitoneal einmalig) nach einer mit einer mit Ketamin behandelten, LPS-induzierten Depression im Mausmodell attenuieren eine Depression zusätzlich (Vorsicht: diese Aussage ist eine Inferenz!); die Freisetzung dieser Aminosäuren durch Ketamin aus dem Skelettmuskel scheint einen Teil der antidepressiven Wirkung des Ketamins auszumachen.

(634) Die Plasmakonzentration an Serin (sowohl in der D- als auch in der L-Form) ist (bei deutlicher Erhöhung) ein guter Kandidat als Biomarker für Non-Response auf Ketamin bei therapierefraktärer Depression. 7/8 Respondern hatten ein Plasma-L-Serin von unter 50µM, 12/13 Nonrespondern ein Plasma-L-Serin von weit über 210µM. Allerdings lagen beide Ausreißer in den Gruppen sehr nahe am Trennkriterium von 50% Depressions-Score-Verbesserung.
